• Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Use"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Use, which, together with the Privacy Policy, may be updated by us from time to time without notice. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Use.

All material on this website, including the text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by Club HEAL. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or Trade Marks for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Club HEAL, or as permitted by law. All rights of Club HEAL are reserved.

2. Products by Donation

2.1 All products listed in H’art Space are offered as donate to own concept. By placing an order you are offering to own the product and agree for the amount indicated on the intended product to be directed as donations to Club HEAL.

2.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order amount. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

2.3 In order to contract with H’art Space you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

3.  Confirming A Transaction

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The order will not be confirmed until your payment has been received by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and amount which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the amount or payment of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct amount or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are not inclusive of delivery charges and GST is not applicable. All donate to own products are not eligible for tax deduction ad this is not an outright donation. Receipts will be issued for every transaction as proof of payment.

In describing the products available for donate to own on the website, H’art Space attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by H’art Space itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

There may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current on products or any other details stated on the website. H’art Space reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

As the cause of this online Art Exhibition is held on a donate to own concept, all products offered for donation in this website are non-refundable and non-returnable.

In case of a refund, a written enquiry may be submitted to marina@clubheal.org.sg. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.

8.1 All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

8.2 Product image as seen on the website may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

8.3 If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us by emailing to marina@clubheal.org.sg and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

8.4 Upon receipt of the products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable.

8.5 H’art Space may at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order however may offer a refund as a substitute remedy.

8.6 In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to bear any reasonable delivery and/or costs to be incurred and charge to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

Upon receiving your order we will carry out the payment process. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has successfully transacted and ordering process completed. You will be charged once the order has been accepted.

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

By accessing our website, you assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risk that your computer, software or data may be damaged by any virus transmitted by this website or by any Third Party Content or Third Party Website. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and claims (whether express or implied) arising out of or in any way connected with this website are hereby excluded. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify Uniqlo for any loss, damage, costs or expenses whatsoever suffered by any person or entity arising out of or in any way connected with your access to this website.

All items obtained from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will be passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
